The Form Energy Mezzanine project was one of several performed at their Eighty Four location.  Design Builder Tri-State Design subcontracted us to build this office space within an existing industrial warehouse.  The walls were load bearing metal studs.  The joists were heavy gauge metal studs and the 2nd floor was a concrete slab on decking.  MASSCON, Inc performed the Concrete, Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Acoustic Ceilings, Doors and Dardware work.  United Fabrications performed the structural and misc. steel work for us.
