The new 88,000 SF Brownsville Elementary Center project was completed in 2016.  L.R. Kimball incorporated a pre-engineered metal truss and roof design with load bearing masonry walls to create a classic schoolhouse feel.  The project incorporated an extensive stormwater management system, beautifully curved sidewalks and new bus lanes and faculty parking.  At approximately $9M, this is the largest project MASSCON, Inc. has completed to date.
