The Westmoreland County Historical Society and the County of Westmoreland commissioned this project in 2017.  The project involved new construction of Phase I of the Historical Education Center along with a complete rehab of an existing farmhouse.  Site Clearing, Earthwork, Site Utilities and Site Improvements rounded out the project.  The structure was load bearing metal framing with pre-engineered metal trusses, standing seam roof, aluminum windows, Fiber Cement Siding and manufactured stone veneer.
